Silk Tweed Anchor

This grouping will see you through professional, business casual and at home functions. We started with medium weight silk tweed for our Princess Seamed Blazer. Pulling colors from the tweed we went to town creating the pieces that could be worn with the blazer. We chose black and blue for the coordinates but could have also used Brown, Tan, Mustard, or Cream.

This is view B of the Princess Seamed Blazer, showing a simple faced neckline that can be worn over a shirt. This jacket will serve well over business clothes or jeans. Very versatile!

The Shapely Shirt is made in stretch woven cotton with 3% spandex. Cotton/spandex is an easy-care fabric that is very comfortable and perfect for our fitted shirt.

Both pant and top were cut from a soft blend of silk and cotton. The Short Sleeve Shell is our easiest blouse. The pattern includes four different necklines. Shown here is a very flattering scoop neck. The short sleeves were lengthened and three textured buttons were added at center front for interest.

The Flat Front Pant is a classic straight-legged pant designed for the figure with a tummy. You'll create a long fluid look when you cut the Pant (or one of our skirts) in the same color as the Top.

The Princess Seamed Blazer in tweed adds warmth to the black shell and pant.

This is a lovely ensemble for entertaining at home. In a knit, we cut the pullover from Sweater Twin Set #102 and the #601 Flat Front Pant. We used a full elastic waist on the pant, (instructions are included in the guide sheet). Why not be comfortable, especially when wearing a knit!

The beautiful sheer topper was made by lengthening the Button Front Blouse #103. We cut it in sumptuous silk devore.
